Good morning gaiisss~~~~
I feel accomplished today.. Why? Cause I've made it.. Yeaayyy ~~~~ For the very first time in my life, I made my own kimchi.. Hahahaha~~~~ Feel so thrilled. It is not that super hard. If you are used to cooking, chopping things, blend here and there, then you are good to go. Since I am not to fond of cooking, thus the struggle. Haha.. I pinky swear you. It is NOT HARD to make a kimchi. You just need to have the chopping skills and the patience. Trying making something new makes me ecstatic ;) I'll try the kimchi once I go back home. Hopefully it'll taste good.
Other things. We have a catering today. For 60 persons. So I have to wake up early to make some kuih talam. I made kaswi and seri muka. The easiest and the fastest. Haha.. Thankfully I've finished within the time that I planned. Thank God! Hope they are enjoying the kuihs.
Oh yeah.. After this I think I want to do some grocery. Need to buy some ingredients for this coming catering on Tuesday. Plus, I need to finish those lovely pumpkin. Need to think hard on what to make of those. There are still like 5 whole pumpkins that I need to get rid of.. Mak pening terus. Haha..
Update:-
I overslept. Haha.. Therefore I didn't go to Joo Loong. Remember, it's Sunday. They only open until 1200pm. Thus I went to Home Bakery. Yup.. You see it right. The farthest among the three ingredients house. Then, I went to Yummy Yummy. To have my lunch. Thought of just want to tapau cause I am alone. But I think the kiddos didn't hear me. Grrrrr... In the end, I have to eat alone. Hahaha... Its been awhile since I last ate with myself. I wonder when was the last time *pondering* After that, I went to the next shop; Sugar Island. You know me. So in love with anything that has sugar in it. Hehe.. Am buying tiramisu mille crepe, mango tart and portuguese egg tart. Loads and loads of fat and sugar. Yippie!!! I'll try it later lah..
Okayla.. I want to watch my dear Sun Woo and Bong Sun.. Bye~~~
