This is totally a late post right. Since today is the forth already. Hahaha... But I think it is still not too late to welcoming the September. *phew* Time really flies, didn't it. We are already in the ninth month. 3 more months and bang!! Its the end of 2015.

Update:-

Its 9th of September. Its been awhile since I last wrote. You know what. The haze is coming.. again *sigh* It is kind of disturbing. To have this kind of weather. It is totally not healthy. The sun was supposed to be orange in colour but now it is red. Hope the authority will do something about this. So unhealthy.

Anyhow, last night I made these beautiful moon cake ;) Actually I didn't even plan to sell those moon cake for I think I need to practice on how to wrap the filling first. But thanks Allah for making it easy for me to do it. Thus the sell. Hehe.. I am receiving quite a handful of orders for bing pi and traditional moon cakes. Alhamdulillah. I guess I have OT again tonight. Am hoping that I can send those cakes by Friday to KK and tomorrow I need to prepare 3 lotus moon cake for kak Iaishah. Fighting!!

It is quit a challenge to make moon cakes and you really need a patience. Yup.. The key word for moon cake is PATIENCE. When you have it, you can for sure make the moon cake. Hehehe...

Its hazy day again. And it is kind of hot. I'm sweating like a pig here. Hahaha... Anyhow, I didn't update to you right, that he was here for 2 nights? Hehe.. Am happy pulak seeing him. It is always like that. He suddenly just pop up out of nowhere. Cause as far as I know, he didn't even plan to come here. But he did notify me he was coming here. As in on his way from Semporna to here. He really likes to make surprise visit. Without prior notice. But as always, I am so grateful that he stopped by. Even just for awhile.

What we do? Chit chatting. Catching up (not really). Hehe.. Just day to day talk. Nothing about feeling, lovey-dovey kinda talk. Just like a two person having a daily conversation. Weird? That is the truth. Again, I am just grateful. For having someone to talk to, laugh with. Thanks Allah for directing his heart to come down here and see me (okay.. Ini statement mungkin tidak benar. Haha..)

Right now he's on his way to Jakarta. I sent him to the airport early this morning. And bake him cookies and gave him bingka susu and pandan. That's the only thing I can prepare in such a short time. Hey, I only slept like 1 hour and 30 mins. Hopefully he likes the food that I made for him cause the cookies burned. Hahaha..*crossingfingers*

Did I tell you that he gained weight? Like a lot? Hahaha... Cause his stomach is a bit bigger than the last time. Adorable ;) I missed him already *sigh* When will I see you again? And will there any news from you once you've reached Bogor? I don't think so. Cause it is always the case. You'll disappear from me like always and suddenly your text will be popping out of the blue. When? I don't know. You are the only person who knew it. Since this is always the case, I guess see you when you see me? Stay healthy.

It is such a lonely night. Even after going out my dear friends, still cannot beat the loneliness I felt. That is why I avoid being alone. For my mind will do loads of thinking. Semua isu akan keluar. Hahhaha... You name it. When I say all, it really means all. Literally. I am glad that we made a plan to meet today. At least I have something to laugh about. The stress of being single didn't bother me at all. In fact I sometimes glad that I am still single. Even though every now and then, I sometimes wish there is someone next to me,  but that feeling only arose when I am down, or in need of a shoulder, like now. Hahaha..

There is so much going on in my mind right now. In fact, it makes me harder to sleep. Lately, I can't even comprehend what is going on in my mind. The effects? Less sleep and panda eyes T__T And did I mention that my face is getting chubbier. And my weight is increasing in just 2 days. Might be because of the stress for being over-think person. Be one! And only then you can complaint. As for now, let me whine all the way. Hahaha...

Oh..oh.. I almost forget to tell you about this. I bought a racket!!!! And its orange ♡♡♡ Love it to the moon and back. Hehehe.. Tomorrow I'll be taking it from the store. Can't wait. Am planning of buying a shoe also tomorrow. At the same store. It is cheap. Around rm99. Ok la ba tu kan. Ndak payahlah juga beli mahal sangat. Harus berjimat. Okaylah.. Itu ja dulu for tonight. Woke up this morning. Didn't see the sun. Thought it was raining. But no. There's no rain drops on the rooftop.. When I flipped the curtain, ohmy.... what a view.. Haze everywhere and it is getting worse. What the heck is happening here? Whats with the haze? Are there no actions taken to reduce the haze? Or at least to warn the people about it?

Anyhow, today I'll be going out with my fellow friends; Nonong and Daus. Both friends are from my high school day. Will be posting pictures later once I meet with them. I need to buy myself a racket. Didn't I told you before that I want to start playing badminton again. As in I want to start to play sport again. Be it hitting the gym or playing badminton. Swimming? Can't find a good place to begin with. Besides the pool in Yacht Club is super near to the road. What the heck? The passerby can see us very clearly while we swim. Haha.. So its a big NO NO to swim. Hence the badminton.. The gym? Maybe later cause it need a lot of commitment and of course money. Hehe.. Once I have my sport shoe and my track suit, I'll register to a gym. Need to survey some more. To compare the price and see what facilities are they offering us. So, the only choice I have right now is to play badminton. I just need to buy a racket. That is all. And I can start playing *crossingfingers*

Hello~~~ We meet again in this lovely day; Friday. But the weather today is kinda unusual from before. It's hazy. Never heard about any forest in Kalimantan is on fire. Ermm.. What is happening now? Suddenly I remember about the end of the world. There will be too many burning or should I say haze all over the world? This is getting my nerve and make me a bit scared. Loads of sins but I haven't repent even once *sigh* The sinner me T____T

Next, I finally finished making my pumpkin cake.. Yeayy... But I have to tweak and amend the cake and frosting recipe a lot. I think people in USA really adore their sugar. The batter and the frosting for me is deadly sweet *cringe* I have to manually taste the batter and the frosting itself. I have to throw away some of the frosting. Because of its sweetness T___T Bye bye my cream cheese. So long my powdered sugar. I guess this is what happened when you are making a new recipe. Loads of stuffs have to be thrown away. But it is a good learning time. Since I now can predict on how much to use certain ingredients and how much should I put in a recipe. The joy of baking. Hehe..

Hi blog. We meet again ;)
It is a lovely day today. May be because I woke up as early as 0530am. Haha... So I have the opportunity to witness the beautiful creation of Allah ; earth. Alhamdulillah. I've been given the chance to still breathe today. Praise to Allah.

Anyhow, I think I've mentioned yesterday that we have a catering today. Requested by CIDB Tawau. I made chicken risoles and bingka susu for them. While mom made her specialty, karipap pusing. Hehe..

Tiba-tiba terliur mahu makan tuh risoles. Haha... Hopefully they loved the food and the kuihs. Then, I made this pumpkin cake. Haven't tasted it and frosting it yet since I'm in a rush to go to the hotel. I'll frost it later once I went back home. Oh yeah. I almost forgot about my apple pie.. Made 5 of them. Didn't do much for it is kind of late to sell your goods once it reach 1300 pm. Need to make the goods a bit earlier tonight so that it can be sell early in the morning tomorrow.

Update:

I didn't even bake that day. hahaha... Bila kemalasan melanda diri. And perhaps my weight contributes to the laziness. Grrr... I am gaining 1 kg more. Huhu.. I am a fat pig T__________T Bila lah boleh kurus ni? If this gaining weight is going to be continue, I don't even... *sigh* Hopefully this Saturday plan is ON. Harap2 on..

The gust of wind really cool me off. Ahhh... I love this. Thank goodness the cafe is just behind the ocean.. Not that really behind behind. There's still port in between but there's no building right behind us. We can literally smell the salt water, the smell of fish and sometimes there's this one smell that I cannot describe on how horrible it is. Hahaha.. The joy of staying next to the ocean.

Anyhow, the weather today is quite bearable. Maybe because I left home a bit earlier than usual. These past few days I woke up early. Possibly because I've been told to be in the hotel early. But it is a good change. Since I am not a morning person. Never been a morning person before for the past 30 years. Hahaha.. Unbelievable me ( I am totally not proud of this habit. And because of this habit I've been teased, mad you name it ) It is a good change and I am happy about it. Hehe..

Speaking of the cafe, the business is a bit slower these past few weeks. Don't know what went wrong. Still can't figure it out. The worker is getting lazier and lazier. The ambience is a bit... dark? That is the only word I can think of. Need to figure things out asap. I need to increase the sales so that I can pay the bills. Energy energy!! I need energy.. Inner Peace!!!!

Good morning gaiisss~~~~

I feel accomplished today.. Why? Cause I've made it.. Yeaayyy ~~~~ For the very first time in my life, I made my own kimchi.. Hahahaha~~~~ Feel so thrilled. It is not that super hard. If you are used to cooking, chopping things, blend here and there, then you are good to go. Since I am not to fond of cooking, thus the struggle. Haha.. I pinky swear you. It is NOT HARD to make a kimchi. You just need to have the chopping skills and the patience. Trying making something new makes me ecstatic ;) I'll try the kimchi once I go back home. Hopefully it'll taste good.

Other things. We have a catering today. For 60 persons. So I have to wake up early to make some kuih talam. I made kaswi and seri muka. The easiest and the fastest. Haha.. Thankfully I've finished within the time that I planned. Thank God! Hope they are enjoying the kuihs.

Oh yeah.. After this I think I want to do some grocery. Need to buy some ingredients for this coming catering on Tuesday. Plus, I need to finish those lovely pumpkin. Need to think hard on what to make of those. There are still like 5 whole pumpkins that I need to get rid of.. Mak pening terus. Haha..

Update:-

I overslept. Haha.. Therefore I didn't go to Joo Loong. Remember, it's Sunday. They only open until 1200pm. Thus I went to Home Bakery. Yup.. You see it right. The farthest among the three ingredients house. Then, I went to Yummy Yummy. To have my lunch. Thought of just want to tapau cause I am alone. But I think the kiddos didn't hear me. Grrrrr... In the end, I have to eat alone. Hahaha... Its been awhile since I last ate with myself. I wonder when was the last time *pondering* After that, I went to the next shop; Sugar Island. You know me. So in love with anything that has sugar in it. Hehe.. Am buying tiramisu mille crepe, mango tart and portuguese egg tart. Loads and loads of fat and sugar. Yippie!!! I'll try it later lah..

It's Saturday gaiisss... And it is really quiet here. Don't know where everyone is going. It is not a school holiday or a public holiday.. Maybe it is because of the super-tight-checking right now. You name it. All the task forces are out there. What the? It is getting creepier each time. With all that bulky guns etc. What is happening here in Tawau? Last time, they raid Log pond. Do they really finding someone or something? Feels like in the movie where you saw all the forces are there guarding the border, street etc. Keep praying there will be nothing worse is going to happen.

Next, I FOUND KIMCHI, KOREAN HOT PEPPER FLAKES and RED PASTE CHILLI.. Yeeaaayyyy~~~~ I am a happy kid today. Hahaha... Already ate the kimchi a while ago. It is okay. Maybe it need a bit of spiciness. Dang with my spicy. Haha.. Am hoping I can make kimchi of my version tonight. When it is well fermented (yeah right. As if I'll wait.. Haha.. ) I am going to make kimchi jjigae next.. I have my red chilli paste remember? Can't wait to make Korean foods. Last night, while I do some blog-walking, I saw this kimchi jjigae in one blog. It really makes my mouth-watering. Suddenly I have the urge to eat korean food andwant to make my own kimchi, Thus the shopping spree of korean ingredients. I am super happy today~~~~

Later on, I'll post my ingredients yah.. I forgot to take pictures of those stuffs that I bought. Akibat terlalu excited kan. Hehe.. Okay la. Want to go home already. Sebelum tu, mau pergi belanja barang cafe dulu.. See you on next post *hug*hug*

Hello my dear blog. Nice to meet you today. Hope everything is going well to you. As for me, I am cool. Hehehe..

Report for today; I will be working dual job starting from today. Cafe and hotel. Since Kak Ann went to KK this morning, I have to take over her job in the meantime. Not for long la. Just for a week until she came back. Bolehlah bersejuk-sejuk di office. Hahaha... Taking advantage of the situation. But on the flip side, there is no internet connection at the hotel. I prefer to use the wifi from the cafe. Laju dan pantas. Hahaha... *ohmyTM* Besides, I need to ask the fo for the password. Shouldn't use it since hotel's internet is quota based. Hail TM. Hehe..

Next story, the cafe's business is a bit slow today. Is it because we are in the middle of the month? So every one is keeping their tab tight? Or maybe the customers are getting tired with the menu? Need to think of something so the sales is going up. New menu maybe. Or perhaps we need to improve the service? The workers is getting lazier everyday. Grrrrr... Pissed me almost every time. Do I need to be more blunt? Be more strict to them? OR should I come to work much more earlier? In the end the problem is me. Blahhh~~~

Helloooooooo chingu's~~~~

It's Friday gaissssss... Friday~~~ Welcoming the weekend with open arms.. As if I am having my rest on weekend. Hehe.. Kerja swasta mana la ada cuti. So work it is.

Anyhow, I went to Logpond early this morning to do some fishing. And guess what I caught? Sour sop, red chilli, durian of course ( hehehe.. ), jack fruit (cempedak), and some other things. I already forgot what I bought. Haha.. My brain didn't work out perfectly. It is not a good sign right. Am still young but I sometimes didn't remember where I put things, what I bought, how much money I've spent already etc. Senile? Hopefully not. Still got a long way to go.

Next story. Since this is Friday, I thought the weather would be a little bit faint and cloudy. But not today. It is burning hot. Huhu.. Am not whining but for the first time I am sweating. Haha.. The earth is old. Poor my earth. Please always be healthy and always shelter us. Love you EARTH!!!

By the way, it will be a busy day for us tomorrow. Not the cafe. More like at home. We will cater for 200 people. They are here for the UMNO conference on Saturday. So, busy day it is. Wishing everything will be perfect tomorrow.

Today is a cloudy day. So many clouds covering the sky. Ahhh.... This is the kind of weather that I like. How to describe it in word ya.. Peaceful, tranquil.. Love it. Can stay long in this weather.

Anyhow, he's gone. Gone back to Bogor. Barely spend a few hours with him. Just chit chatting. Cerita kosong. Talk about anything... Feel happy for a once for I have someone to talk to. Not that kind of serious talk.. This kind of conversation where we can just discuss about anything. Even lame thing. Suddenly I missed my friends company. Its been awhile since I last saw my friends. Maybe that's whats missing in my life. Mingling with my friends.. Ahhhh.. I missed those studies time. Memories... I am so happy just to remember it. And maybe a bit giddy? Hehe..

Nothing much happened today. Just the usual and same thing everyday. Went to the cafe a bit early today for I was waiting for him to arrive. That is all. I am planning to make my new menu a go tomorrow. Chicken porridge with 5 side dishes. Am crossing my fingers tightly here so that I can make the porridge tonight. O Allah please make me super diligent tonight. Please pweaseeee~~

Hello there..
Good afternoon to you.. you..and you.. Hope you're enjoying your weekend with your loved one. Do spend time with your families during your holiday. It'll bond you more. Afterall, what are we without our family, right?

So this morning, I went to Logpond with my mother and my aunt. Went there to buy some groceries. But in the we bought 50kgs of durian. Bahahaha... I am such a durian freak, didn't I? Was planning on making a durian cake and perhaps durian cheesecake? Maybe I'll bake both of them.. Nyum nyum.. Just thinking about it makes me drooling. Hehe.. Hopefully I have my mood with me *crossingfingers*

Next story.. Am currently in love with this one indie group from Korea : Dear Cloud. Omo omo.. Her voice really mesmerized me. Daebak!! I think I learned about this group like 5 years ago. Their song 'Ice Fortress' wowed me. This time they sang for 'I Remember You' ost. That is why their voice is so familiar. It's been them all along. Makes me reminiscence the old days when I was still in UK. Their 'Ice Fortress' song always accompanied me wherever I go. Ahhh... the old days.. When I walked back home after class, when I was on my way to do my groceries be it at Sainsbury's or Next or anywhere. I always played this song. It soothe me in any way possible. Good for them. Hopefully they'll stay longer in the industry.

Am at the cafe. It is super hawtttt!!! Omo omo.. So many ideas flooding my brain right now. Be it to decorate the cafe or bake. Bake bake bake*semangat* Iya iya lah.. Sekarang ja ada semangat.. Once I reached home, those 'fighting' spirit will be gone in a blink of an eye.. Gone when I see my bed. Hahaha... So me. Lazy + berat badan + no spirit.. Gaisss, I am the QUEEN OF EXCUSES.. So many lame excuses I've given T___________T

Kalau malas memang malas la ba kan.. Plus, I need my mood. Mood to bake. Still waiting for it to come 'sigh'.. Anyhow gaisss, I am planning to add a few menus in cafes'. Among them are kway teow dumpling soup, chicken porridge a la teo chew, cendol, astanas' iced coffee and some more. Planning on making the porridge on day basis for breakfast. Ya Allah, please, please, please make me super hardworking. I really need the 'ant attitude' right now. I need to make the plan work!!! Jaebal!!

On the bright side, I already ordered the order chit. It has passed the designing status. And right now, they are being printed. It'll probably take about a week to be ready. Can't wait for it. I'll post the pic once it reach here. About the apron, it can only be sent this Sunday. So, I have to wait like 4 more days. Plus the sewing.. Probably it'll be done like next week. Gahh... Sabar separuh dari iman. So, patient it is. Fighting!!!

Just finished watching 'I Remember You'.. Can't stand not to watch any kdrama a day. Haha.. Hopeless lone ranger. Adehlah... Still borrowing cafes' internet. I'll return it maybe this weekend.. M-A-Y-B-E.. I really need to subscribe my own connection. You really can't live nowadays without internet.. I don't really do much. Just watch the drama. That's all. And also downloading any songs that is really connected to my current mood. Yeah right.

Anyhow, supposed my eyes were already shut every time after I finished my drama. But now, it won't just shut.. My mind is full of thoughts. Too many things to consider. This is the life of overly-thinking person. Those thoughts.. Suddenly pouring like rain. Aish.. Look where I am now. In front of the laptop in the middle of night voicing my perception.

Its a chaos in my mind. There's a war going on I think. Haha... Which of the thinking that I need to do first. Which one of it that I need to deduce first. It is always the same ending; tears. So weak, isn't it? What to do.. That's is the best solutions that I can think of. And it is one of the best anyway. I can clear my eyes, I can put my heart and thoughts at rest. What great about it is I can eventually fell asleep. Hahaha..

But right now I am in no mood of crying. Didn't feel like I want to cry today. Didn't want to make my eyes swollen from crying. My medicine? Listening to Dewa's songs ( Pupus, Arjuna, Larut ) To be precise, Onces' voice *swooning* Boleh bikin tidur. Hehe.. Ok deh.. Mau keluar dulu.. Mau sambung dengar suara Once.. Nighty nite.

Hi..

We meet again this midnight. Already done with my raya shopping. Bought a pair of shoe from Vincci and a jubah in soft pink colour. Loved both of them. Actually I didn't plan to buy anything for this raya since I can still recycle the old baju kurung/jubah. They are still perfect. Still in a good conditions. I don't have slightest idea on why I bought those stuffs. Hahaha.. The shopaholic 'creature' in me has awaken~~ Hahaha... Its been awhile you know since I last shopped. Can't remember when was the last time *pondering* I'll upload the picture of both later on lah. Its already midnight and the lighting is not that great. Hehe..

Next story. Not really a story I guess. Just want to pour out my dissatisfaction towards certain people. I mean.. When someone bought you something and give it to you, shouldn't you just accept it without complaining or fretting about the gift? It is a courtesy isn't it? At least I bought you something. Shouldn't you just say thank you? I think that is the correct demeanor. The end!! Don't need to complaint about the perfume being too strong, the shoe is slightly bigger.. As a giver, I am dejected. Or am I being super sensitive here? I don't know. This is just my own opinion. If you don't like it, just keep it to yourself. Feeling very downhearted after hearing those comments. That will be the last time I bought someone a gift. Lain kali ndak mau sudah belikan orang hadiah. Stress I. Sakit hati ba kena complaint *sigh* The flaw of oversensitive person *sigh*

 Just finished my supper. Ate the remaining roasted chicken for yesterdays' iftar. Didn't know why I feel hungry on the first place. Usually after iftar I never ate anything extra. Is my appetite growing big? Since you know.. Hari Raya is just around the corner. So my stomach is preparing itself. Hehe...

 Anyhow today I just want to drop by here just for the sake of dropping by. And will leave you with something to ponder about;

Assalamualaikum and a very good night to myself ;)

  Its been ages. I know. Loads of things happened. Loads of pages have been flipped. Years already passed..Me? I think I am still me. The old me. Nothing much changed except the fact that I now officially being a permanent resident in Tawau. Hehe~~ A sad true story. Gah ~~~

  Okay.. Enough with the sad introduction. Hehe.. Am thinking of wanting to start to write again. As of now since I have laptop which I borrowed from the office and the internet I "borrowed" from the cafe, I can write. Depends on my free time and how diligent I will be and of course if any hot stories ensues. Not that 'Melodi' kinda hot story. Its my own definition of what hot story it is ;)

  Anyhow, Aidilfitri is approaching very fast. Like 6 days to go. Didn't really feel the vibe. Didn't have that eagerness to celebrate it. Omo omo.. Why is that? I dunno man. Its kinda sad you know to leave Ramadhan. I really enjoyed this Holy month. Even though we didn't get to eat and drink during the day, but its fun. You can feel the tranquility.. the peace.. during this month. And this years' Ramadhan, I think Allah did really being very Gracious. The weather is nice. Really nice. It is not hard at all to fast. Alhamdulillah. Thank you Allah.

  As far as preparation for Aidilfitri goes, I still don't have 'baju raya'. I think I'll just recycle my last last year 'baju raya' lah instead of buying a new one. Not being petty or shabby. It is just that the economy's really sucks these few months and I think it is much better to put your money where it should be. We really need to save just in case we're in a dire situation. Don't spend you're money carelessly. Its a battlefield outside. Save save and save. Never forget that.

  I think that's all for today. Still have lots to write but I need to pray first. Haven't done my isya' yet. *busted* See you when I see you? Bye bye~~
